I'm a little late posting- I was doing this last night :)
Our realtor came last night and said things looked good in the house. A little bit of paint and a little more organizing. Oh yeah, and finishing up the kitchen :) We are hoping to be able to list it by April 1st. He plans to do a little research on comps and the area and get back to us with a number next week. This morning the kids and I are off to Moms & Tots and Eric is off to work. Have a good day!
